Former Uganda Vice President Gilbert Bukenya has bounced back to the political spot light & making headlines by lining up behind the first son, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba for presidency in 2031.
Bukenya described Muhoozi as representative of transformative political ideas whose time has come, drawing parallels between the the PLU and the NRM party.
