His impressive performances attracted interest from clubs outside Uganda, with Zhako SC winning the race for the highly-rated marksman’s signature. The move represents another significant milestone in the striker’s career as he embarks on a new challenge in Iraqi football.

The transfer is also a testament to KCCA FC’s ability to develop and showcase talent capable of earning opportunities on the international stage. During his time with the Kasasiro Boys, Ahimbisibwe played a key role in the club’s attacking setup and consistently delivered crucial goals.

Zhako SC will be hoping the Ugandan international can replicate the goal-scoring form that earned him the league’s top scorer award and strengthen their attacking options ahead of the new season.
