Paul Zikuliza also former Lugonjo Nakiwogo area chairman is having goose pimples after failing to give him space during the swearing ceremony of local chairmen & women in Entebbe.
The former local chairperson, Paul Zikuliza is having paining ulcers after one Twaha Kikomeko of the Democratic Party petitioning the Electoral commission over his win in the recently concluded local council elections.
It’s now official that, Mr Twaha Kikomeko is pinning his rival over ‘cheating’ him in the recent local council elections at the Entebbe Comprehensive Secondary School.
Kikomeko has petitioned the Electoral Commission boss, Justice Byabakama Simon to intervene & sort out the matter.
The Electoral Commission has taken long without taking action following the petition, said complainant during the swearing ceremony of local chairperson at the Entebbe Municipal Council head offices.
During the swearing ceremony Zikuliza paul was embarrassed & treated like a monkey or baboon during the swearing ceremony of new chairpersons following a petition by his rival,Twaha Kikomeko who was at the same function.
Kikomeko one of the contestants in the recent elections, claims that he won the elections by far amidst the violence and chaos at the Entebbe Comprehensive Secondary School polling stations.
During the voting counting process, the army and other plain clothed officers raided the school polling station and dispersed all residents and voters from the polling station without the electoral commission officials making their final communication & declaring results.
The residents claim that, Paul Zikuliza is nolonger a resident of Lugonjo Nakiwogo & relocated to another village area on addition to abandoning the LC office , said Ahmed Kasawuli also former area councilor.
It’s not yet clear whether these are the official results with Paul Zikuliza claiming to bagging 529votes against Twaha Kikomeko(403 votes) & Kitakule Moses with (04 votes while Magezi David (04 votes) &Rwomushana Faizo with only(02votes) out of the total tally of 942 voters in the recent elections.
