The Uganda Rugby Union (URU) officially launched the “Beyond the Try Line” Campaign at Gifted Hands SS, Kawanda, under the theme “Rugby for Dignity and Life Skills.”
Led by Women’s Rugby Representatives Prossy Nakakande and Fionah Karungi, the campaign aims to empower over 200 adolescents across four partner schools.
Through rugby, menstrual health support, and life skills training, Uganda Rugby is championing dignity, confidence, and opportunity for young people, on and beyond the pitch.
This project is expected to sprout to the different corners of the country.
