The trio including New Vision correspondent Julius Luwemba and others are curtailing on the Gateway News brand.
The trio are running an online version of the Gateway News online & claiming to be managers and administrators for the Gateway news with no authority from the top authourities.
Meanwhile any unauthorized use of brand by anyone is illegal and has legal implications.
