It was all fun and partying over the weekend with over 600 fans at the Arsenal’s ‘fans’ party in Uganda’s capital Kampala at the Kati Kati oval.
AFTV personalities including founder Robbie Lyle Cecil Jee Thomas and Lee Judges with production crew were in Kampala over the weekend with Arsenal fans & taking photo moments.
President Museveni presidential advisor David Mafabi & special presidential assistant Barbara Nana Nabirye organized the fan tour of Arsenal fans TV crew plus others under theme Explore Uganda .
The Arsenal fan’s tour is a platform for Uganda on the global scene & forms part of the efforts to push Uganda’s sporting tourism hub ahead of AFCON 2027.
“I’ve always wanted to visit this country & looking forward to meeting amazing people at a drink up party, “said Robbie Lyle.
This comes at a time when AFTV boasts of an estimated 170 million views monthly & has become a benchmark of fans media.
Over the weekend, it was more than exciting beyond cameras with the Arsenal fans TV crew on addition to showcasing Uganda’s natural beauty & the Premier festive party in Kampala.
The weekend party of Arsenal & Newcastle fans was more than thrilling with free tickets to enjoy the ‘titanic match’ play on giant screens.
“History has been made by Arsenal fan’s TV in Uganda and nobody will ever take it away from us”, said Samson Kasumba also Uganda’s media icon working with NBS TV.
