Kataka 0-3 Gaddafi (run by UPPC)
Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) has secured that Entebbe region has a club in the Star Times Uganda Premier League.

UPPC runs a club tagged Gaddafi which defeated Kataka 3-0 at the Mbale Municipal Stadium to be among the three clubs that were promoted from the FUFA Big League.
Jonathan Mbula, captain Thomas Kakaire and Frank Kalanda scored the goals for Gaddafi who completed the season on 50 points.
“We played gallantly throughout the season. Every game was like a cup final. I thank my fellow players, management, the coaches, fans and the media for the journey moved with us” Kakaire remarked.

Kikuube district based Buhimba United Saints also completed the season on 50 points.
The FUFA Big League was won by Calvary Football Club from Yumbe district.
Booma, MYDA, Busoga United and Arua Hill were all demoted to the regional leagues (division three).
