Kampala city socialites Charles Olim Sipapa and his lover Shamirah Nakiyemba are cursing like hell after being arrested & put behind bars over aggravated robbery.
Sipapa, Nakiyemba and others still at large at the night of August 29th, 2022 at Bunga Kawuku Makindye Division in Kampala District robbed Sudanese nationals after dosing them with Chloroform.
Sipapa and others dosed the Sudanese nationals with toxic substances and escaped away with their different items including mobile phones & smart TVs.
According to crime scene investigator Makaayi, police found key evidence at the residence of Jacob Arok, one of the victims, after attacking him in the middle of the night at around 2am.
Jacob Arok Mul was robbed of 429,000 United States Dollars, (1.6 billion shillings), two mobile phones, an iPhone silver blue in color valued at 3,200 United States Dollars, a Samsung, and a Flat Screen TV 75 inches valued at 4,000 United States Dollars.
Mary Ateng of an iPhone 12 Pro Max Gold in Color valued at 5 million shillings, a Golden belt, and a Golden Chain both total valued at 10,000 United States Dollars (38 million shillings), and two gold rings valued at 500 United States Dollars.
Chol Ateng of an iPhone 11 Pro Dark Green in color valued at 800,000 shillings, a Dell laptop, a charger valued at 1,000 USD, and 500,000 cash.
Abig Yar, revealed that Sipapa and his wife allegedly stole a laptop and an iPhone all valued at 5 million shillings.
They also robbed James Manyok 400,000 shillings using toxic substances and all victims left half dead,unconscious to steal every item inside the house”, said the report.
Detective Assistant Inspector of Police (D/AIP) Elizaph Mpumbi testified about the search conducted at Sipapa’s house in Buwate-Kityo Close, where several stolen items were recovered.

Mpumbi presented some of the recovered items in court but explained that larger exhibits, including the money, were securely stored at Kabalagala Police Station.
It should be remembered that Sipapa’s lawyers got into a disagreement and fell out over legal fee & fat bread.
The latest information reaching our desk indicates that on Monday, High Court visited the Kabalagala Police Station for exhibits pinning him down.
Court officials, witnesses, and Sipapa’s lawyers visited the Kabalagala Police Station to examine exhibits that were allegedly seized from his home upon his arrest.
Among the exhibits were five cars, counterfeit gold, jewelry, car rims, and U.S. dollars plus many other items.
According to Sipapa’s lawyers, the flamboyant young man will be paraded in high court this mid-week for cross-examination regarding the exhibits.
Sipapa was arrested in 2022 and put behind bars for 3yrs at Luzira upper prison over having long talons.
