Prudential Uganda has introduced a new digital payment option that allows customers to pay life insurance premiums instantly using Airtel Money.
This follows a partnership with NxtPe, a payments solution focused on secure and simple transactions.
The new option removes barriers linked to time, distance, and physical payments.
Customers complete premium payments directly from their mobile money wallets.
Payments reflect instantly and support consistent policy activity and long-term financial protection.
The partnership supports Prudential Uganda’s focus on simple and accessible financial protection. Mobile money aligns with daily payment habits across the country and strengthens insurance access for more people.
Commenting on the partnership, Tetteh Ayitevie, Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Uganda, said, “This partnership improves how people access and maintain their Prudential life insurance policies. Premium payments now fit into everyday mobile money use.
