Former Ugandan parliamentary speaker, Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga does play with money these days, ever since she walked out of parliament during her regime.
It’s now official that the former speaker Kadaga is a brand user of small ‘cartoon’ phones, our police underdogs have revealed.
Kadaga sat next to one of the heavy weights and NRM top architect, Haji Moses Kigongo and pulled out her small baby phone at the NRM CEC meeting.

In the Ankole Sub-region, Kadaga lost the bloody battle of speaker Anita Among and scooped only 65 votes at a showdown.
At the NRM CEC meeting, former speakers Kadaga, walked out nodding her head after speaker Anita Among showed her dust with no apology from the top executives.
Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga served as the Speaker of the Parliament of Uganda from May 2011 until May 2021 and also served as the First Deputy Prime Minister of Uganda plus Minister for East African Community Affairs before packing her files.
Kadaga shared lots of brain and knowledge on the floor of parliament before retiring from active politics.
