A twenty eight year old security guard has been arrested after shooting down Kanungu business man, Anthony Mutinisa over the weekend on Sunday evening.
Byaruhanga Hillary, attached to Don World Security company Limited fired bullets at a 53 year old man and ran away from the crime with lots of cash from deceased his car,Toyota Premio, registration number UA 769 BQ.
Police recovered the vehicle in Katwe Cell, Kihihi Town Council, and arrested one Byaruhanga and his accomplice, one Akampa Mark over the fishy deal.
Anthony Mutinisa also prominent businessman and proprietor of Mutinisa Motors Uganda was snaked the whole day and later fired bullets over unknown reasons beyond our control.

This latest killing is part of a disturbing pattern involving private security guards and firearms related crimes in the country.
“We urgently need comprehensive reform in how private security companies recruit, train, and monitor their guards”, said report.
With thousands of security guards in both urban and rural areas, critics argue that the lack of stringent oversight is leading to an increase in firearms and violent crimes involving individuals who are meant to protect lives and property of “wananchi”, revealed report.
