Fabrice Brad Rulinda has launched a bloody titanic war to bounce back into office after serving for one term at Entebbe municipality.

Rulinda will be on the ballot paper in the coming general elections after disproving his under dogs and puppies including outgoing deputy mayor Charles Kabwama plus others we are yet to identify on these pages.

In 2021, High Court in Kampala dismissed former Mayor Vincent Kayanja petition to the dust bin after jumping on Rulinda’s neck after win.

Kayanja asked the court to overturn the victory of Rulinda and declare him the legitimate winner of the hotly contested race.

Justice Isaac Muwata agreed with Rulinda and the Electoral Commission’s lawyers to dismiss the petition with costs.
