Former Government officer, Eng Johnnie Yebaza is battling with his wife, Harriet Ssemasazzi Yebaza over the house property at the Anderita beach shoreline in Entebbe Municipality.
Eng. Yebaza is plotting tooth and nail to throw out his family including wife plus children from the house locate on plot 2, Kintu road.
It’s now official that, Eng Johnnie Yebaza is having a paining head after his wife and family occupying the house overlooking the shorelines before the Sienna beach hotel.
The former government officer is at cross roads after his wife & kids taking over the Livani beach premises, when government kick them from the Uringi crescent road house.
You can’t report your wife & children to court and they are legally married as husband and wife, said Derrick Lufunya also lead counsel.
Eng Yebaza is cooking disguised divorce and ready to throw out his family like chicken because of another woman making him love crazy.
The former government is heartbroken after the wife and children cracking a juicy deal to develop the beach shoreline by the Chinese.
Eng Yebaza’s wife has had stressing days & nights with the father of her kids after running oops to disown his blood kids and wife.

Following a serious disagreement with his wife Harriet Semasaazi, Eng. Ayebaza decided to drag his wife to Entebbe High court Family Division, accusing her of trespassing on his land housing Livani Beach.
During court proceedings on September 16, 2025, Entebbe Assistant High Court Registrar Her worship Stella Maris Amabilis requested both the couple’s Lawyers to file written submissions to her court by September 24,2025 before giving her ruling on whether Harriet Semasaazi is a trespasser on her hubby’s property in Manyango zone or not.
Harriet Semasaazi’s defense Lawyer Derrick Lufunya told reporters that: “Eng. Ayebaza is interested in starving his family members and he has caused domestic violence in their home. It’s irregular to sue your wife over trespass on your property,” Counsel Lufunya wondered.
Eng. Yebaza is guilty of committing marital sins or adultery by contracting a marriage which is against the Marriage Act.
So, Eng. Yebaza comes to court with no clean hands but with the stench of adultery, ” Counsel Lufunya argued.’
