Christened as ‘Ahabwa Ruhanga Nikibasika’ loosely translated ‘For God, it is possible’, Dr. Muhumuza is the son of Elinest Kanungu.

- To improve savings of people through making groups
- To make sure that youth are getting government jobs such that it can reduce doubting them as thieves.
- To fight hard Rwashamaire Town council can get it’s own lady councilor from Nyabihoko sub county.
- To make Rwashamaire Town Council shine again with good roads network, healthy services, good education and better standards of living for all.
- To promote equality for all.
