Hon Geofrey Kayemba Ssolo graduates with a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management
Singer Rema Namakula’s music manager, Geofrey Kayemba Ssolo, and Member of Parliament for Bukomansimbi South Member of Parliament is bobbing shoulders high after scooping a Masters degree in Leadership and Management from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University (ASU).
Kayemba Ssolo who came riding ‘bicycles’ to the city and started managing musicians is now chest thumping after being honored with his bulk of books on the head at a colorful ceremony flooded with bazungus.
“It has not been simple journey like eating beans and posho, it has been a journey of hard knocks coupled with sleepless nights”, noted Ssolo.
Kayemba has been book worming silently and doing all the donkey work behind doors until God has answered his prayers, said source.
He thanked his family members, friends and the people of Bukomansimbi for pushing him this far plus the support from National Unity Platform (NUP) principal and fellow musician Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu for always being on his neck to add some books like him#
