Former Kyambogo guild president, John Mugabi Socrates is chest thumping and walking high after grabbing more books from the Queen’s land in the UK.
It’s now official that, John Mugabi Socrates will be graduating at a prestigious ceremony in the United Kingdom, early next year after grabbing himself a ‘Masters’ degree in economics.
The former guild president is bobbing shoulders high after spending sleepless nights while reading books at the University of Arizona in the United Kingdom.
Mugabi recently shocked bazungu during the photo moment at a drink –up night before packing his bags back home to starting campaigning for next seat at the division ‘B’ offices in Entebbe municipality.
Mugabi is contesting for the divisional chairmanship under National Unity Platform ticket to take his rivals not stepping including Joseph Lukyamuzi of the National Resistance Movement party, Juma Mukasa of the Democratic Party),Byansi Amos of the Democratic Front party plus others we are yet to reveal.
He has proved ‘man’ enough and challenged local politicians after serving at several offices including the Entebbe Municipal Development Forum and at the Uganda Chamber of Commerce secretariat, says police under dogs.
Mugabi has advocated for women’s rights, supported the youth, developed micro enterprises and built foreign cooperation plus development partners.
Socrates has raised the bar high in the political arena following his lengthy political career from all walks of life including being the founding chairperson of the Action for Liberty and Economic Development- AFRICA organization.
