Following a Decade of battle over who remains as the care taker chairman for Katabi-Kitubulu ward following the death of the elected chairperson of the village one Gerard, there has been running battles over the village stamp something which has hindered developments and service delivery to the people of Katabi -Kitubulu.
After a series of meetings between the Mayor of Entebbe Municipality His Worship Fabrice Rulinda and stake holders in Katabi-Kitubulu finally it was agreed that the vice -chairman Pastor Mbabazi Godfrey be handed the stamp of the village for better Service Delivery.
“This matter is being resolved today I don’t need anything from Katabi-village but I want peace and service delivery the people in this village have suffered a lot I want to see developments in this area, am also warning you, not to misuse the stamp for your personal gains “
The Town clerk Entebbe Municipality Mr. Mugisha Emmanuel echoed the mayors’ words not to misuse the stamp ending a decade of battles in the village.
Pastor Mbabazi Godfrey thanked the mayor and is team for resolving the Crisis and vowed to work with his executive for better service Delivery of Katabi-Kitubulu.
