Uganda A has overturned odds against Namibia A with a 3 runs win on Wednesday, July 23 at Entebbe Lakeside Oval.

Namibia A won the first meet which opened the Pearl of Africa T20 Series by 2 runs last week on Thursday, July 17.

In the rematch, Uganda A opted to bat against Namibia A to set the opponent chasing 128 runs to win but were restricted to 124 runs.

Uganda A in the first inning lost 8 wickets with Namibia A captain Jan Balt picking up 2 by conceding 16 runs, he dismissed Kenneth Waiswa and Pascal Murungi.

Max Heingo also picked 2 wickets of Innocent Mwebaze and Siraje Nsubuga while Jon De Villiers took off Simon Ssesazi, Dylan Leicher picked Anas Baig and Simon Shikongo stopped Calvin Watuwa and ran out Steven Wabwose.

However, by the time he was dismissed, Anas Baig had already converted 45 runs off 31 balls faced and Calvin Watuwa was stopped with 21 runs off 17 balls.
